Small chameleon species flies only recently discovered in Madagascar. Its body length is smaller than the index finger of ordinary people.

Chameleon species that scientists have found in Madagascar is much smaller compared with the human nail.Scientists believe this is the smallest reptile world.
Ted Townsend, a scientist from San Diego State University has conducted genetic experiments on this new species. He said: "The size of this species of chameleon in Madagascar may have evolved from ancestors with very small size, unlike the colorful chameleon species that we normally see."
