In Cambodia non-government organisation called Tiny Toones is using hip-hop, break-dancing and rap to help young Cambodians focus their energy into the arts, access education and hopefully stay out of trouble.
Based in Phnom Penh, Tiny Toones provides a safe and interesting place for young people who may be too poor to afford school or who've dropped out some may be at risk of falling in with gangs or getting into drugs.
