Plus storm tornado happened yesterday is thought to be worst in American history for 60 years, has caused at least 116 people dead. A large area of about 10km in the city of Joplin, Missouri has been leveled. Homes, schools, hospitals were destroyed.
This morning, local authorities announced they had rescued seven people, but said the death toll will rise. High winds, heavy rain hampering the search efforts of rescuers.
U.S. Geological Agency warned today there will be a possible tornado swept through Oklahoma again, Kansas, north Texas and southwest Missouri.
U.S. officials said the tornado at 6 am on Sunday (local time) is the worst tornado match in 60 years, calculated from the wind storms in Woodward, Oklahoma in 4 / 1947.
Missouri governor declared a state of emergency and warned the region would also suffer from more storms anymore.
