Both sides had agreed to meet again today, Monday 2nd May. According to the report, both side had agreed to station two unarmed soldiers at Ta Moan Thom temple in order to liaise between the two sides to avoid further armed clashes. Similar agreement was reached during talk at Thmor Daun. The report further said that a similar meeting will be held today at Ta Krabey temple with a view to reach the same agreement as in Ta Moan Thom temple as Thai troops in the area continue to attack Cambodian troops despite there was no response from the Cambodian side. The Cambodian side had also accused Thai troops of deliberate targetting the temples, causing damages to the two temples, notably the Ta Krabey temple where the temple tower has reportedly collapsed after being hit by Thai rockets.
