Tehran, May 21, IRNA - The Cambodian accredited ambassador to Tehran conferred on Saturday with the Iranian foreign minister on expansion of mutual relations and cooperation.


Highlighting Iran’s high potentialities and capabilities in various fields such as construction of dams, energy and road building, Ali Akbar Salehi (pictured) voiced Iran’s readiness to transfer all its expertise to Cambodia.


Salehi said grounds has been prepared for expansion of parliamentary, scientific and economic cooperation between the two countries.


The new Cambodian envoy submitted a copy of her credentials to Salehi and conveyed a message of friendship from the Cambodian foreign minister to Salehi. She also called for expansion of relations with Iran and making use of the country’s invaluable experiences in various fields. She also backed Iran’s stands on human rights issue. according to khmerization
