Manmohan Singh is a person with extensive knowledge in economics, who graduated from Punjab University, Cambridge and Oxford Universities. He is loving people of India and is considered the chief architect of economic reforms in the populous country leading the world. Mr. Singh became Prime Minister of India from 2004. After India's general election in 2009, Mr. Singh was again re-elected Prime Minister of India.
Former Thai Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva

In 2002, Mrs. Thatcher was ranked 16th in the list of 100 greatest Britons of all time by BBC poll. Since childhood, Mrs. Thatcher expressed intelligent, excellence in education. She was educated at Somerville of the University of Oxford, specializing in chemistry and obtained a master's degree here.
