At least 18 people in Ukraine and in Poland 10 people were killed after heavy snowfall and low temperatures suddenly all over Eastern Europe.

Eastern European countries are experiencing severe winter.
BBC quoting Ukraine officials say nearly 500 people have been hospitalized for frostbite and hypothermia body within three days. According to media of Ukraine, at the same time, more than 17,000 people to hide in shelters around 1500.
According to AP , the temperature has dropped -16 degrees C during the day and -23 degrees C at night in the country. Ministry of Emergency Ukraine, said 12 people died from cold in here are homeless. Their bodies were found on the street improvement.

In Serbia, the state police report snow has caused the death of a woman and two elderly. Two other men aged 70 have been deemed missing in southern countries. Cold weather has also claimed the lives of people in Bulgaria.
According to AP , to help people cope with the extreme cold weather, the shelters provide emergency food and heating are being erected in the capital Sofia of Bulgaria and the Czech Republic capital of Prague.
