A. Be aware on your qualifications, resume mistakes as well as appearances

As you are a job seeker, do not hesitate to ask questions for a job by trying your best communication methods to associate with as many people as you can, and eliminate the hopeless feeling with some obstacles that you might face during hunting processes. There are many unemployed who cannot pass this process by appearing the hopeless feeling after they applied some resumes with nothing respond or call for interview. You’re coming to the right place, here the following tips may help you out, and instead of it will empower your awareness to pursue your job dream as well. Basically, you should have an initiative thought; base on the positive way of critical thinking to empower your set of mind and heart that “I can do” It means that I will find a better job. Then you give your positive thinking value to reinforce onto the process of hunting a job by apply resume, apply resume, apply resume as many as you can till you get a job dream–For example: No respond amongst 5 resumes, then apply more 10 resumes, if ten still no respond then apply 15 resumes…just increase the number of your resume each time of applying applications; by any way, no respond for five CVs, you should recheck and reconsider on some basic guidelines as below:

• It might be your resume has wrong some parts such as format, grammar, or font and so on;
• It’s probably your qualifications is not really met the job requirements of a company or organization
• It’ probably your appearances while you applied the applications are strange or rude to the company or organization’s ethic cods.

Thus, what you can do are: First, recheck your appearance, characteristic, attitude, and behavior again. Second, re-read the job requirements clearly to make sure on what are the main requirements of a company or organization on the position you apply for. Third, re-adjust your resumes all the part by going through it line by line to find out mistake and follow the job requirements. Finally, re-apply it again as well do it again through the process mentioned, if you still fail.

B. Be aware before or during getting interview

There are 9 intelligent key things that you should be prepared before entering to the interview stage:

• Find out the answers that interviewer might be asked you, such as describe about your background? What are your strengths or weaknesses? Why you apply for this position? Why we hire you to work for our company? How much salary do you prefer? What are the short-term and long-term goals? How can you contribute to our organization? And so on…
• Recheck your resume all parts that you have wrote down and must remember all with keeping a copy of your resume along with you
• Be aware about the company or org: Access to the company or organization‘s website to learn what is the company is all about such as its visions, missions, products, services, and others
• Arrive at least 10 minutes in advance of your interview
• Prepare to speak clearly and straight forward to the questions
• Professionally dress:  you should wear appropriate clothes that fit to your position or the company, you apply for; avoid wearing a large jewelry such as ring, necklace, bracelet and others
• Concentrate on the questions
• Answer: While you’re answering the questions, avoiding look around.  However, you should use eyes contact toward the interviewer
• Ask intelligent questions: You should prepare some questions to ask the interviewer about what you wonder about because after interviewing the interviewer will consent you to ask some questions.
