Here are a few things you can do to care for the skin that you were born with.

- Stay out of the sun (or protect your skin with UV blockers).
- Don't smoke. This does nasty things to your skin...
- Drink lots of water.
- Get plenty of sleep.
- Be sure to clean your skin properly.
- Eat lots of fruit and vegetables.
