Russia to check all passenger vehicles after boat sinkingRussian President Dmitry Medvedev has required testing of all transportation services, after overloaded boat sank in the river Volga Bulgaria, leaving 128 people may have died.
According to the BBC , Mr Medvedev said the old two-story yacht was damaged in a state. The accident has left at least 50 children killed, about 80 lives saved. During a government meeting yesterday, Mr Medvedev to request a comprehensive inspection of all passenger vehicles. Medvedev announced today (12 / 7) will be days of mourning throughout Russia, to commemorate the victims of the sinking boat on the river Volga.

According to AFP , 128 people have died, while officials say there is little hope to find more survivors.Russian officials have conducted a criminal investigation, suspected negligence of those involved contributed to the tragedy. According to the Minister Sergei Shoigu emergencies, the overloaded boat carrying 208 people, including 25 who are not registered on the board.
Russian media reported, one of two engines of the boat was broken. News agency Itar-Tass quoted the investigators say, even before the ship departs on Sunday, one of the two engines failed, causing the boat tilted.
