70-storey luxury hotel opened in Panama has become Latin America's tallest building, and the work's first billionaire Trump outside the United States. Trump Ocean Club has 37 lifts, a spa, a casino and an island with private beach. Price per night rent here is around 300 USD. Estimated tycoon Trump will hire about 1,000 employees.The work called Trump Ocean Club opened in Panama City (Panama) 932 meters high, the tallest building in Latin America. This hotel is an option as calculated by the billionaire rich, for Panama City is the center of tourism, trade and real estate.
The building has the architectural sails, and a product design company Arias Serna Saravia architecture. Apparently, this building is similar to the Trump International Hotel & Tower in Dubai.
