Unlike his predecessor, Steve Jobs, CEO Tim Cook is trying to create an Apple-friendly image and more open
CEO Tim Cook wants Apple to build a more friendly image.
More than two months after taking office executive at Apple, CEO Tim Cook has made the first step in the process of reconstruction "apple defect," the "post-Steve Jobs". According to an insider from the company told the Times on Wall Street , Tim Cook sent regular mail to all employees, which refers to family factors. He is interested in creating a friendly working environment than the arbitrary and harsh, but Steve Jobs did. There, the Apple employee would like a big family where they feel the most comfortable to work and create.
Also, Tim Cook is also planning a charity and asking for responses from all the staff at Apple - something his predecessor, Steve Jobs never intended to do. According to sources, Mr. Cook also proved to be very open to staff and follow the lead of his openness that may be further extended with an audience of shareholders and customers of Apple.
A notable addition, Cook does not want to become a dictator like Steve Jobs. He spent the other members of the board of directors more powers than (of course with that comes the responsibility). It is unclear what changes will take effect how, but over here, the more there are grounds to believe that a post-Steve Jobs Apple will be very different than before.
