A New York people have been arrested are suspected of planning to bomb targets such as police cars and the post office.
According to the BBC , in a press conference yesterday, Mayor of New York, Michael Bloomberg, said Jose Pimentel (27) was accused of plotting terrorist attacks. Pimentel was nicknamed the "lone wolf" was accused of planning attacks on U.S. troops from abroad.

Raymond Kelly, head of the New York police force, said: "He spoke of the mail bombings around Washington Heights, the police car in New York City and a police station in New Jersey" .
According to Bloomberg, Pimentel attempted attack was inspired by the terrorist organization al-Qaeda. Pimentel is to learn how to make bombs from a magazine of al-Qaeda organization, the radical cleric Anwar al-Awlaki published. Anwar al-Awlaki is a person with a U.S. drone killed in Yemen in September.

However, officials identified Pimentel is not part of the larger conspiracy. New York mayor said that police had made a copy of an explosive device created by the suspect, before introducing a video to see it destroyed a vehicle.
Pimentel had been police surveillance since May 5 / 2009. This man is accused of three counts of terrorism-related charges and 2 others.
