It is the ruins which has the biggest peripheral wall in the ruins of Angkor period. It was constructed by Suryavarman I in 11 century beginning. There being a double ring moat and a triple peripheral wall, as for one there there are also 5 kilometers. Pivot is east western direction, but about 30 degrees it has been inclined to north. There is a hall which is surrounded in the double ring moat in the central part. There is a Baray (reservoir) about of east west 3000 meter north and south 700 meters on east side, west the half of that has become the shape which penetrates inside the peripheral wall. In this Baray there is Prasat Mebon.
