A car bomb parked outside carrying a high school in the capital, Ankara, Turkey suddenly exploded, leaving three people dead and 24 others injured.

The prosecutor's office said the explosion occurred near the government buildings, including the prime minister's office in Ankara, is a terrorist attack. Idis Interior Minister Naim Sahin said: "The blast happened in areas where vehicle traffic and people crossing huge. It seems the purpose of terrorism is to cause as many casualties as possible.
