After the smartphones running Android, Acer has launched phones using the Windows operating system called W4 Phone 7.A week after it announced a strategic partnership between Microsoft and Acer, at the Computex 2011 exhibition taking place in Taiwan computer maker Acer has released Windows Phone 7 phone first.
Device called W4 includes 3.6-inch touch screen, resolution 800 x 480 pixels, Qualcomm MSM 8255 processor speed of 1GHz, a 5 megapixel camera support autofocus, 8GB of memory. The phone supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 2.1, DLNA, HSPA 850/1900 or 900/2100, 4-band GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz.
W4 will be updated to version Mango allows users to experience the upgraded multi-tasking and browsing activities. In addition, a number of other upgrades messaging, office applications, media players ...
Acer has not yet announced the time of sale and sale price of W4.
