A Polish military prosecutor had committed suicide by shooting earlier at a press conference related to the investigation of aircraft accidents, prompting former President Lech Kaczynski with 92 others killed in 2010.

" The colonel also expressed his personal opinion against the planned military agencies under civilian control of the general prosecutor Andrzej Seremet.
