President of the United Nations General Assembly has asked representatives of 193 member states for "a minute of silence" memorial Korean leader Kim Jong-il, but the U.S., Japan and some EU countries boycott .

"A moment of silence" made the request from North Korea pm on 22/12 at 15h in the U.S. now, despite the opposition deputies to the West. General Assembly President Nassir Abdulaziz Al-Nasser said: "It is my sad responsibility to express their admiration for the memory of the late leader Kim Jong-il, General Secretary of Korean Workers' Party , Chairman of Defense Committee of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea and Supreme Commander of the Korean army, after he died on Saturday last on 17/12. Some Western diplomats argue that North Korea has asked for leader Kim an unusually high honor.They also expressed surprise that President Nassir agreed to conduct requirements, and has warned their delegates would boycott silence.
Explain why the approval requirements of Korea, Mr Nassir said that Korea is a full member of the United Nations, and leader Kim Jong-il is the leader of that state. Despite economic sanctions, but North Korea remains a country, should Pyongyang's request was approved.
