The Microsoft Office suite Microsoft's latest Office 2013 allows users to create and edit PDF files.

This is done as follows:
Open a file saved in PDF format, then the Files menu / Save As. Next you need to choose where to save the PDF files after creation.
To save PDF format , in the Save as type section of the Save As window, click on the down arrow and select PDF. Immediately below will appear a number of options. You click on the Options button.
A small dialog box appears, check the check the Encrypt the document with a password, click OK to save your settings.
Next, Microsoft Office 2013 will require you to enter the password on encryption to proceed, you need to enter the same password two times. Click OK to save.
You will be taken to the Save As window, where you press the Save button to save.
From now on, whenever open this PDF file , the opening will be asked to enter a password, just enter the correct password encryption time to be able to view the content within.
