According to the Telegraph , a group of FBI divers have recovered the drugs on to the other boat, after the Coast Guard found the boat in the U.S. last week. On semi submersible boat floating like submarines with five sailors, all of whom were jailed. The crew has unloaded the drugs on the coast of Miami, while officials estimate the number of drugs worth up to USD 180 million.
Earlier, Coast Guard and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection U.S., had trace of the boat in mid-July, it drugs trafficking near the border with Honduras to Nicaragua.
The boat is designed as a submarine is usually used for drug smuggling along the Pacific coast of Central America. However, U.S. officials said they do not often appear in the Caribbean. This is the first U.S. Coast Guard seized a submarine carrying drugs in the Western Caribbean.
