In the last week, at the IFA conference in Berlin (Germany), Toshiba introduced the tablet PC AT200.This week, the CEATEC electronics exhibition held near Tokyo, Toshiba introduced the AT700 and AT3S0 tablets identical in specifications and different in size, for the Japanese market.

Tablet PCs AT700 |
AT700 tablet weighs 558 grams and 7.7 mm thick, 10.1 inch screen size, should be considered a thin and light Tablet PC world.
AT700 tablet running Android version 3.2, 32 GB internal memory, screen resolution of 1280 × 800 pixels, the processor speed of 1.2 GHz dual-core speed, the 5-megapixel camera and front camera 2MP.
AT3S0 tablet screen size 7 inch, 12.1 mm thick, weighs 379 grams and has the same specifications as AT700.
Two kinds of tablets and AT3S0 AT700 will be sold in the Japanese market in mid-December, but no information on price.
