A bombing in the Norwegian government buildings killing at least seven people were killed, while in other places outside the capital Oslo, a gunman had opened fire and killed 10 young people.
According to BBC , the bombing occurred at 15:30 (local time) yesterday at the Government House in the capital Oslo. The office of Prime Minister Jens Stoltenberg to also damaged in the bombing, but Mr. Stoltenberg lucky harmless because then he was working at home. Emergency services have difficulty to reach the house, for fear of further explosions as well as houses collapsed after the explosion.

Meanwhile, the island on the lake Tyrifjorden Utoya outside Oslo, a man carrying a pistol, a shotgun and automatic rifle bullets were discharged into the young men in camp here. Witnesses said that after he opened fire, people stampede into the water to escape. One witness said he saw 20 bodies of victims.
The gunman was then arrested at the campsite and the government has confirmed he is Norwegian.Police said the man was also related to the bombing of government buildings in Norway. The report described him tall and blond, dressed as a policeman.

There are fears the death toll will rise, as many people in the campsites are still missing. Rescuers are continuing to search waters around the island, after detection of the dead bodies under water.
In a press conference held recently, Prime Minister of Norway described the attacks as "bloody and cowardly." Mr. Stoltenberg said that the people of Norway were shaken with the crime.
However, so far no organization claimed responsibility for two attacks.
