The guy in the white shirt is Dr. Akkharaphong Khamkhun, a lecturer at the prestigious Thammasat University. He is a Thai academic who understood the Khmer-Thai history very accurately. Together with Dr. Charnvit Kasetsiri and Supalak Ganjanakhundee, a very fair Thai journalist, he is calling for a peaceful solution to the conflict.
