A former nurse has been in the U.S. court sentenced six and a half years in prison, because two people had convinced himself while chatting with them online.William Melchert-Dinkel (48 years), has been convicted is directly related to the death of Mark Drybrough (32) in England in 2005, and Nadia Kajouji (18 years) in Canada in 2008. According to prosecutors, the man was posing as a nurse and hunt for victims of depression on the Internet.Melchert-Dinkel then chat with them and offer advice to the victims of suicide. Dinkel admitted Melchert-related deaths of 10 other suicides. This man has been jailed in Minnesota (USA).

In court recently, was declared the official verdict is 6 ½ years in prison for Melchert-Dinkel. He also will be subject to challenge in the next 15 years. However, Melchert-Dinkel only 320 days of jail, and must go back to jail two days of the date commemorates the death of two victims for 10 years.
Once convicted, Melchert-Dinkel was wiping away tears and make an apology in a statement read by his lawyer. In it, he said that he felt "remorse and shame." However, the victim's mother Kajouji was very disappointed with the verdict, because the supposed "killers" have been in prison longer.
According to Melchert-Dinkel's lawyer, his client intends to appeal, saying his remarks on the Internet are protected, free speech rights under the U.S. Constitution.
